  1. 01

    Laboratory & specification

Define the compound, target content and supplied format. Chemists, pharmacists and lab teams can share the analytical methods and acceptance criteria their program requires.

  2. 02

    Filling & lyophilization

Scope the fill, container and closure. For lyophilized formats, the filled material is freeze-dried before final finishing.

  3. 03

    Batch documentation

Request documentation for the specific material and batch. Independent testing can be arranged as part of a custom project.

  4. 04

    Marking & packaging

Specify batch marks, labels, caps, collars and cartons. Review artwork and component compatibility before production.
