Custom batch documentation
Custom production is assigned a batch identifier and tested before dispatch. Ask which results and documents are available for the exact batch.

Independent testing
Independent testing of custom-batch samples can be arranged. Agree on the lab, test scope, cost, timing and release conditions before production.

Project policies.
FS Peptides supplies materials for laboratory research only. The written quote and agreed terms govern each project.
- Quotes and approvals
- We confirm the specification, quantity, lead time, documentation, pricing and release terms in writing. Custom projects also confirm artwork, components and tooling before production.
- Samples and minimum quantities
- Stock evaluation is by complete kit. Dedicated batches and finished pens have format-specific minimums, confirmed in the quote.
- Dispatch and freight
- Available routes, freight costs and delivery terms are confirmed by destination and project. If testing is a condition for dispatch, agree the release criteria before production.
- Quality and delivery issues
- Contact Alex with the batch or lot identifier and supporting records so we can review the issue. The applicable remedy follows the agreed project terms.
