Coated paper
A coated paper face provides a printable surface for colour, product identification and lot fields. Specify the paper, coating and any protective finish together, then check the result on the vial.
Material guide
Choose the label face material, adhesive and finish as one construction. Match it to the actual glass vial, artwork and application process.
Label materials
These material families offer different appearances. The final construction is specified for each project.

BOPP means biaxially oriented polypropylene. White film provides an opaque background, while clear film allows the glass to show through. Confirm print treatment, white ink coverage and adhesive appearance on a sample.
A metallized film face gives the label a reflective base. Printed colour and white ink can control which areas retain that metallic appearance. Specify the film construction and review a physical proof.
Foil stamping is a decorative finish applied to selected artwork areas. It is specified separately from the face material. Confirm the foil colour, coverage, artwork detail and compatibility with the selected printing and finishing process.
Provide the actual glass diameter, label dimensions, application conditions, storage temperature and expected handling. Moisture, condensation and chemical contact must be considered when selecting the adhesive, ink and protective finish.
For machine application, confirm the liner, winding direction, roll core and maximum roll diameter. Agree the proof sample and any application checks before production. Material availability, samples and test requirements are scoped per project.
